Terms of Service

Version: 1.0. Effective date: October 14, 2026. Operator: DNL, an individual operating FilingMaster. Contact: sec@mindsle.com. This initial release is intended for adults in the United States. No United States incorporation or office is represented by these Terms.

1. Service and acceptance

FilingMaster helps you understand selected public company filings using source-linked facts, calculations and AI-assisted explanations. Coverage is limited. Sources may be unavailable, incomplete, amended or unsuitable for comparison. FilingMaster does not execute trades, manage portfolios, assess investment suitability or promise returns.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement under the laws that apply to you. Before using account features, review these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Financial Information & AI Disclosures and confirm them in the application. Settings provides the documents and a downloadable record of your acceptance. Your mandatory legal rights are not waived by acceptance.

Sign-in uses Google or, when enabled, a one-time email code. Maintain control of that account or mailbox and do not share sign-in codes. You can sign out or delete your account in Settings. These actions have different effects, described in the Privacy Notice.

2. Permitted use and your material

You may use FilingMaster on your own authorized devices for lawful personal or professional research, subject to the usage limits shown in the application. Do not bypass quotas or access controls, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain other users' private information. No right to resell the software or redistribute third-party material is granted.

Only upload material you are authorized to process. You retain the rights you hold in it. You permit DNL and the service providers identified in the Privacy Notice to process and store it only as needed to deliver your requested features, maintain the service and respond to your deletion request. This is not an unrestricted permission to resell your private material or publish your conversations. Provider retention and training practices are described by those providers; do not assume every model has zero retention.

3. AI, sources and third parties

Read the Financial Information & AI Disclosures before requesting analysis. AI can be incomplete or wrong, including when it cites a source. Check material conclusions against the original filing and obtain qualified advice when appropriate.

Analysis requests send your question, necessary filing excerpts and limited context to FilingMaster's API and, for AI processing, through OpenRouter to the selected model provider. Follow-up questions may run the Harness on a desktop you explicitly select, with the same service-side model route. Provider keys remain on the service; users do not supply their own keys or receive a separate provider bill. Processing is not entirely offline and is not represented as United States-only.

FilingMaster is independent of the SEC and issuers. Public access does not grant rights to redistribute all third-party datasets, exhibits, images or analysis. Nothing in these Terms assigns exclusive rights in issuers' material or guarantees exclusive copyright in AI output.

4. Free release, availability and ending service

This release does not offer a paid subscription, collect payment details or charge recurring fees. Free/Plus/Max labels, preview prices and quotas are not a paid offer. Usage limits and their reset times are shown in the application. There are no automatic overage charges. Any future paid offer requires separate, clear price, renewal, cancellation and refund disclosures and your agreement before a charge.

The service depends on network access, third-party sources and providers. For remote follow-up questions, the selected desktop must be online; an offline request may wait for that desktop, not automatically switch to another. Availability and completion times are not guaranteed. Updates may change features or fix defects.

Access may be restricted to protect accounts, investigate material misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. Where feasible, an affected user will be given an explanation and a way to contact sec@mindsle.com. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. These provisions do not remove any mandatory access, refund, privacy or other rights.

5. Corrections and contact

Send source errors, product problems, privacy requests and rights complaints to sec@mindsle.com. Include a report reference or source URL and enough detail to locate the issue; do not include passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary confidential financial information. In-app feedback creates a reference but currently does not send a notification or guarantee a response time.

6. Responsibility, changes and disputes

Financial explanations are informational and cannot determine a security's future price or suitability for you. No perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability or investment outcome is promised. DNL remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law; these Terms do not exclude fraud, non-excludable negligence or mandatory consumer rights. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.

Contact sec@mindsle.com to raise a dispute. Applicable mandatory law and any right to seek remedies in a competent court remain available. Material changes are versioned and presented for renewed acceptance when required; continued access does not authorize an undisclosed charge.
