FilingMaster helps explain selected public company filings. It presents source-linked facts, deterministic calculations, management explanations and labelled AI inferences. It does not execute trades, assess investment suitability, provide personalized portfolio advice or promise returns. Do not submit holdings or personal financial details expecting a recommendation. Questions about whether to buy, sell or hold, target prices or future share prices are not answered.

Filings can be amended or restated. Reporting periods, retrieval times, source versions, currency, units and accounting bases affect interpretation. Quarterly cash-flow figures can be year-to-date. Non-GAAP measures may differ from GAAP and from similarly named measures at other companies. Missing or incomparable information should not be treated as a known figure.

AI can misread, omit or invent information, and a citation may fail to support a conclusion. Management's explanation is not independent proof of its cause. Distinguish filing facts, calculations and AI inferences and verify significant conclusions in the original source. Report errors through the in-app issue form or sec@mindsle.com; an issue reference is not proof that a human has already investigated it.

AI requests go through FilingMaster's service, OpenRouter and the selected model provider. Your question, necessary excerpts and limited context leave your device. Provider keys remain on the service. Network access is required; remote desktop Harness requests additionally need the computer you selected to be online. Changing the default computer does not retarget an already submitted task.

Usage limits are shown in the application. An economy model may be used under the service's fair-use routing, which can change explanation quality but does not change the underlying figures or deterministic calculations. This release does not charge a subscription or a separate provider fee.

New explanations follow the selected interface language; existing reports retain their language. Numbers, company names and source quotations are preserved. Automatic checks for followed companies are periodic, not real-time alerts. An uploaded PDF that cannot be matched to an official filing remains an unverified private source.

FilingMaster is independent of the SEC and issuers. These disclosures are not a determination of registration requirements, a promise of a publisher exemption or blanket legal immunity. Mandatory legal rights remain intact. Obtain qualified advice for decisions requiring personal financial or legal assessment.
