How it works
Search by company name or ticker. If a name matches more than one company, you choose; FilingMaster does not guess.
Annual reports (10-K) and quarterly reports (10-Q) come straight from SEC EDGAR, with the reporting period and filing date shown separately. Amendments are labeled.
Start with a quick read of what changed, then compare with the previous filing, review risk changes or ask your own question.
What you can do
Revenue, operating income, net income, operating cash flow, cash and debt, each with its period, unit and comparison period, plus a short explanation of what changed.
Compares consecutive reports and keeps quarterly and year-to-date figures apart. When periods or definitions do not line up, it says “Not comparable” instead of forcing a number.
Sets the Item 1A risk factors beside the earlier filing so you can see what was added, removed or reworded. A changed sentence is not treated as a new real-world risk.
Ask about profit versus cash flow, a business segment or a wording change. Answers point back to sources; questions about buying, selling or price targets are declined.
Follow a company and FilingMaster checks for its new 10-K and 10-Q filings and prepares a quick read. Automatic reports do not count against your allowance.
Analyze a filing PDF that has a text layer. If it cannot be matched to an official filing, the report is marked “Uploaded document · source not verified”.
Know what you are reading
Open “Sources & calculations” next to any statement to see the filing, the table row and column, the units, the period and a link to the official document. When data is missing, the report says so instead of filling the gap.
Checked against the filings
On October 15, 2026, the figures FilingMaster displays for 23 recent 10-K and 10-Q filings from 10 companies were compared one by one with the values each company tagged in its own filing (Inline XBRL), and every change was recalculated. All 342 matched. This shows the figures are read and calculated correctly; it is not an audit and cannot catch a company’s own tagging errors.
Latest annual report for each company · USD millions · change versus the prior fiscal year. “—” means no percentage is shown because the prior-year figure is zero or negative. “Not available” means the filing did not tag one comparable figure for that line.

FAQ
FilingMaster reads public filings of US-listed companies from SEC EDGAR: annual reports (10-K), quarterly reports (10-Q) and their amendments. Other filing types such as 20-F, 6-K and 8-K are not supported yet. Coverage is not guaranteed for every company; banks and insurers, for example, use specialized figures that are not covered.
Figures are read from the structured data (XBRL) in the filing you selected and calculated by the app, not written by AI. Each figure links to the original filing on SEC EDGAR so you can check it yourself.
Yes. AI explanations can be incomplete or wrong, even when they cite a source. Statements are labeled so you can tell filing facts, calculations, management commentary and AI analysis apart. Check material conclusions against the original filing.
No. FilingMaster explains what a company reported. It does not recommend securities, give buy, sell or hold answers, set price targets or connect to brokerage accounts.
FilingMaster is free to use today. Plus and Max prices are published, but paid plans are not on sale yet, no payment details are collected and you will not be charged. You do not need your own AI account or API key.
Generating one report (a quick read, a filing comparison, a risk review or an uploaded PDF) uses one analysis. Opening a saved report, automatic reports for followed companies and a failed generation do not. Follow-up questions are counted per day.
Filings are downloaded from SEC EDGAR. For AI analysis, your question, the relevant filing excerpts and limited conversation history are sent to FilingMaster’s service and, through OpenRouter, to the selected AI model provider. Reports, followed companies and uploaded PDFs are stored on FilingMaster’s service; desktop conversation history is stored on your Mac. The Privacy Notice has the details.

Delete individual reports in the app, or delete your whole account in Settings. Account deletion removes your reports, questions, followed companies, uploaded PDFs and consent records. Data already sent to an AI provider cannot be deleted by FilingMaster.
