Reporting an issue

Email sec@mindsle.com with the affected report reference, source URL or filing accession, the statement or material at issue, why you believe it is incorrect or unauthorized, and a means of reply. Include only information needed to locate and assess the complaint. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary confidential material.

The in-app report form records a ticket and reference but currently sends no notification and makes no response-time guarantee. For a request needing direct contact, use the email address above. Issue information is used to investigate and respond and is retained with the account's ticket records or correspondence as needed for that issue; applicable privacy requests can be sent to the same address.

Corrections, restrictions or removals must be based on the identified issue and applicable rights, not solely on an AI classification. Legal notices and any required response or counter-notice procedures remain subject to applicable law. This general contact channel does not represent a registered statutory agent or waive lawful remedies.
